1. Registration and Fees: All players must register and pay the required fees before participating in any practices, games or events.
2. Code of Conduct: All players, parents and coaches are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, sportsmanship, and fair play. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the club.
3. Attendance: Players are expected to attend all practices and games unless prior arrangements have been made with the coach. Any unexcused absence may result in reduced playing time or suspension from future games.
4. Safety: The safety of our players is our top priority. Players must wear appropriate gear, including shin guards and soccer cleats, and follow all safety guidelines provided by the club. Any injury or medical condition must be reported to the coach immediately.
5. Communication: We will communicate important information, such as game schedules and cancellations, through email or our club website. Parents and players are responsible for checking their email and the website regularly.
6. Photography and Video: We may take photographs and videos of players during practices, games, or events for promotional purposes. By joining the club, parents and players consent to the use of their image for these purposes.
7. Liability: The soccer club is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to personal property that may occur during practices, games, or events.
